Schedule & Work Structure
- Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (in office)
- On-Call Rotation: Approximately once per month

What You’ll Do
Think of yourself as the “air traffic controller” of care; Balancing client needs with caregiver availability while keeping everything running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules for both clients and caregivers
- Handle day-to-day scheduling changes such as call-offs, shift adjustments, and coverage needs
- Manage larger scheduling matters including PTO requests and long-term schedule planning
- Process and manage caregiver payroll, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Track and administer PTO requests and balances
- Assist with budget oversight, including monitoring hours, overtime, and scheduling efficiency
- Partner closely with Case Managers to ensure all client shifts are fully staffed
- Monitor caregiver hours to support schedule consistency and goals
- Communicate clearly and professionally with caregivers and clients regarding schedule updates
- Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts and find timely, effective solutions
- Maintain accurate scheduling records within office software systems

Qualifications:
- Previous scheduling, administrative, or office coordination experience required
- Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office, scheduling systems, etc.)
- Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed
