What You’ll Do

As the hub of our office, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while creating a warm and professional experience for everyone who interacts with us.

Daily Responsibilities Include:

  • Greeting and assisting visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor
  • Answering phones, gathering information, and directing calls appropriately
  • Supporting scheduling staff by monitoring caregiver clock-ins/outs
  • Communicating schedule updates with employees and clients
  • Assisting with general office coordination and administrative tasks
  • Maintaining organized files, records, and documentation in our software
  • Keeping common areas (kitchenette, conference room) clean and presentable
  • Managing office supplies and inventory
  • Preparing thoughtful employee birthday cards and sympathy cards for client families
  • Assisting with special projects and day-to-day office needs

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking someone who is not only capable, but genuinely enjoys helping others and being the “go-to” person in an office setting.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, professional phone presence and strong customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Word
  • Flexible, adaptable, and a team player

Bonus Points For:

  • Experience with scheduling software (e.g., WellSky, Google)
  • Background in caregiving or healthcare (CNA experience is a plus)
