What You’ll Do
As the hub of our office, you’ll help keep everything running smoothly while creating a warm and professional experience for everyone who interacts with us.
Daily Responsibilities Include:
- Greeting and assisting visitors with a welcoming, professional demeanor
- Answering phones, gathering information, and directing calls appropriately
- Supporting scheduling staff by monitoring caregiver clock-ins/outs
- Communicating schedule updates with employees and clients
- Assisting with general office coordination and administrative tasks
- Maintaining organized files, records, and documentation in our software
- Keeping common areas (kitchenette, conference room) clean and presentable
- Managing office supplies and inventory
- Preparing thoughtful employee birthday cards and sympathy cards for client families
- Assisting with special projects and day-to-day office needs
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking someone who is not only capable, but genuinely enjoys helping others and being the “go-to” person in an office setting.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years or older
- Previous receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Friendly, professional phone presence and strong customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Word
- Flexible, adaptable, and a team player
Bonus Points For:
- Experience with scheduling software (e.g., WellSky, Google)
- Background in caregiving or healthcare (CNA experience is a plus)
